- Course completion less than 30%
- Valid reason for dissatisfaction
- Account in good standing

- Provide necessary details and reason for refund
- Submit your request
Processing Time
Refund requests are typically processed within 5-7 business days. Once approved, the refund will be credited back to the original payment method.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refund:
- Downloadable materials already accessed
- Bonus content and resources
- Course access after 30 days
- Courses completed beyond 30%
Subscription Cancellations
For subscription-based services, you can cancel your subscription at any time:
- Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period
- No partial refunds for unused subscription time
- Access continues until the end of the paid period
- You can continue using the service until the subscription expires
Special Circumstances
